New Year, New Adventure!

It has been so long since I have written a post and so much has happened. Last year was crazy and their were times when I didn’t think I would survive literally and figuratively. We moved out of our rental property after someone shot up our living room windows, we moved our whole family into my brothers house and after a very difficult and high risk pregnancy I gave birth to the sweetest baby girl. I am so thankful to have made it through 2019 and I couldn’t have done it without my faith in God and the support of friends and family. In the next few months we will be embarking on a grand adventure as we move our family 900 miles south to our new home in Tennessee. I am equally excited and terrified but I know with a little perseverance and a lot of faith we will finally accomplish a major goal.

Either way I know that we are about to create some interesting memories for our children. My biggest hope is that this experience of starting a little homestead will teach my children the value of hard work and perseverance.free blog artI am looking forward to sharing our adventure and perhaps our journey will be an inspiration for someone. Later this week I will share all the crazy details of the shooting that forced us out of our rental house as well as my daughters miraculous birth story. Like I said 2019 was one heck of a year and I am only just now catching my breath but we made it through and survived. I hope everyone is having a great start to 2020 and that you accomplish whatever goals you have set for yourself this year. If you haven’t set any goals it’s not to late head out to the store grab yourself a planner or a notebook and figure out what you want from 2020. free blog artLater this week I will share all the crazy details of the shooting that forced us out of our rental house as well as my daughters miraculous birth story.
